Saturday 13.10: Active recovery

Saturday. No crossfitting today, we took a two hour promenade with Pauliina to enjoy the beautiful outdoor scenery Stockholm has to offer. Check out the pictures below Pauliina succeeded to capture of Swedish nature! My previous rest day was on Thursday last week so there's been eight days of hard work leading to this day, recovery earned.



Here is what I've done after the last rest day.

Friday 5.10. Front squat + handstand skills
Saturday 6.10. Du skills + Shoulder press, push press, bench press + Filthy Fifty
Sunday 7.10. Floorball training + hero wod Adrian
Monday 8.10. Game day
Tuesday 9.10. Back squat, weighted lunges, weighted pull-ups, weighted dips + metcon
Wednesday 10.10. Double Grace with Toni + floorball training
Thursday 11.10. Front squat + metcon
Friday 12.10. Shoulder press, push press + Karen + handstand skills

I'm proud of Pauliina who has been working hard here in Stockholm, she's been pretty much as active as I have, I'm almost jealous to her and the possibilities she has with her local gym. On the other hand, crossfit is not about material, it's about state of mind so let's not use that as an excuse :) Anyway, you've done a lot of work baby, respect!

I haven't heard about Toni, my phone broke as I dropped it to the ground so no idea if he has taken any action today. How is it Tony the Pony? You have also had quite a number of workouts during the past week, haven't you? A short recap if you mind?
