Thursday 13.12: front squat, deadlift

Thursday. 10-8-6-4-2 front squat (80kg) & deadlift (100kg), time 5.42.

The training session in the morning combined two strength movements; front squat and deadlift


Workout. Front squats and deadlift metcon. Time 5.42

  • Front squat, 80kg
  • Deadlift, 120kg

Toni's workouts. Strength bench press 3-3-3-1 (80+85+90+95). 20min amrap: 8 rounds + 6 du.
  • 20min amrap
  • 20 double unders
  • 9 hand release push-ups
  • 6 clean & jerk, 50kg
Toni started his day with bench press, the guy was jolting around as he was so eager to start pressing and seek for heavy weights. He reached his shared PR in bench and looked good doing his 20min amrap metcon.

  1. This metcon really made my shoulders cry. 48 reps of clean & jerk with 50 kg, 160 du's and 72 handrelease pushups. I was tired and puking was once again close
